Classic Bottle Caps offers Ordinary printed/Dry offset printed Aluminium ROPP caps with moulded inner thread to give the impression of over cap sleeve on Cork sealed bottles & is exclusively for wines.

In “CLASSCAP” sealing thread is not visible from outside but is inserted into the Aluminium cap having moulded thread.

The sealing application is simple as first it is screwed on the bottle neck finish and then tucked under a standard BVS neck finish.

Wine Liners : There are two types of Liners which are used in “CLASSCAP” to seal aWine Bottle.
